A strong production needs more than individual pieces of equipment. Lighting, audio, video, motion, rigging and power must work with the programme, the venue and the people behind the scenes. We turn your requirements into a technical plan and organise its delivery.

Our work covers corporate conferences, exhibitions and hotel events as well as concerts, festivals, brand presentations and sporting events. This variety shapes our approach: we look at what needs to happen, which systems it requires and how the build and the show fit together.

You have one technical point of contact who considers the programme, the presentation and the practical delivery. Whether you are organising a single event or looking for a long-term production partner, we build around your organisation’s needs.

You have the client, the selected system and the brief. We support the technical work on site. 2 Inspire installs home batteries, EV charging points, solar panels and permanent audiovisual systems, for individual assignments or to complement the capacity of your installation team.

We work with your preparation and the agreements you have made with the client. Beforehand, we coordinate the available materials, the scope of work and the requirements for delivery. On site, we pay attention to mounting, cable routing, connections and commissioning.

A full schedule, a major build or a specialist part of the production: we join where your project needs technical support. Our experience includes lighting, audio and video technology, LED systems, rigging and temporary power. We agree the scope and its place in your schedule before starting.

Alongside on-site delivery, we support drawings, calculations, technical preparation and project management. We connect that preparation with the practical work: equipment in the right place, clear responsibilities and coordination across disciplines.

Not every workplace is easy to access. For construction, maintenance, inspection and installation projects, we assess how work at height can be carried out and what preparation is required. Rope access may be a suitable method.

Our rigging experience and work in large event venues connect with tasks involving structures, installations and roof beams. From installation and technical work to maintenance and cleaning, the assignment determines the approach and expertise required.
